Studio with kitchenette: means a very airy and spacious room with marine wood ceiling, including bathroom, tv and air-conditioner, kitchen with sink, two hobs and refrigerator.

Salento breakfast buffet in the months from June to July August. In the remaining months of the agreement with breakfast bar.
- Extra charge of 5 € per day on the tariff for stays during the Easter and Christmas.
- Ability to use the bike in hand.
- Free parking in the structure.
- For stays of one night will be charged 5 euro.
- The prices are total for bed and breakfast per person.
This includes daily cleaning of the rooms and change of linen and towels once a week. In daily cleaning does not include cleaning the kitchen. To use the service of cleaning the kitchen is an extra charge of 20 Euros added.

Checkin and checkout:

Possible output after the checkout time is by arrangement.
Cancellation:
- from the 28th to the 14th day of the 30% penalty;
- from the 14th to the 7th day the deposit will be transferred to a good holiday to be consumed in 10 months;
- from 7th to 0th of the entire penalty amount.
